WIP - the one about the fox

Hi everyone

I have again been working on some handmade gifts - luckily I have a few close friends who really appreciate the handmade touch :)

Anyway...here is my fox...

I decided to use 2.5" strips to sew around the fox to make it the right size to be a cushion cover, but then I really wasn't sure how to go about quilting it!   So I asked on IG and Samantha came up with an awesome idea:

And I love how it came out!  This is going to be one great gift, I really hope the recipient loves it as much as I do...(I think I am going to have to make a second one for me!)

I still have to make it onto an awesome cushion, but that shouldn't take too long, and this tutorial on making hidden zips for cushion backs is so good it shouldn't take me too long to finish this project...I hope :P

What have you been working on lately?
